Clefday text messages

Last updated November 3, 2026

Clefday is a booking and billing app for independent music teachers, operated by UNATTACHED LIMITED. When a family books lessons on a teacher’s Clefday page, they can choose to get lesson texts. Clefday sends them from its own number on behalf of the teacher’s studio. Clefday writes every message; teachers only choose which kinds are sent.

How families agree

When a studio sends texts, its Clefday booking form asks for a mobile number and shows this box under it, unticked. Booking works without ticking it. Families can also tick or untick it later on their family page. Teachers can’t agree for a family.

Right after a family agrees, they get this confirmation:

Clefday: You'll get lesson texts from Harmony Music Studio. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

What we send

Transactional messages about the family’s lessons only, never marketing. Lesson reminders are sent by default; the others only if the teacher turns them on. Usually a few messages a month. Examples:
